Shipping

Roam & Rally Studio products are made to order and fulfilled by connected production partners, including Printify and Printful. The production facility and delivery carrier can vary by product and destination.

Production time

Most orders are produced in approximately 2–7 business days before shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production can take longer during peak periods, stock interruptions, quality-control reprints, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping services, prices, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout after you enter the delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after production and do not include customs delays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Split shipments

Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. You may receive more than one tracking number and delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Addresses

Please check your address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or fees. Amounts collected by Shopify will be shown at checkout. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Delivery issues
