Returns and refunds

Roam & Rally Studio products are made to order. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at {{ email }} within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Change-of-mind and size exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or an incorrect size or colour selected by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order enters production.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no delivery, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the fulfillment and delivery partners. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

UK and other statutory cancellation rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to cancel or return an eligible purchase—including an applicable 14-day cancellation right for certain UK distance sales—we will honour that right. Exceptions permitted by law, including for clearly personalised goods, may apply. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Unless the item is faulty or the law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
